Using The Program

To configure VC ShutDown for a specific date and time, click the Shutdown Date box.

Using this calendar, click on the day you want the VC ShutDown program to react.
To change the Month & Year, simply click the Month Box (that has the word September, in this example)
and then the Year Box (Which has the numbers 2006 in this example).

With the Date in place, next up is the Time.

Click the Hour List Box

Select the Hour from the Numbers List.

To select the Minutes and Seconds, simply click on each of the boxes and select a number
from the Numbers List, Just like the selecting the hour.

Right! With the Date and Time of Shutdown set, it's time to activate the VC ShutDown.

Just click the Start button to start the Shutdown Timer.

The Red Line that appears below the Current Time indicates that the program is working.
It rotates in a circular motion.

To stop the timer, click the Stop button and the Shutdown will be aborted (until you click Start again).

You can also start and stop the Countdown from the File Menu.

If you just want to shutdown the computer immediately with using the timer,
click on File - Shutdown NOW!. Be warned though, anything that you have not saved in
other programs may be lost.
That’s It!
You now know how to use VC ShutDown.
If you ever get lost, point your mouse pointer at the box and a Tool Tip will appear, giving you
quick help so you can carry on.
