Recall a Quotation

To bring up a Quotation, click Quotations - Recall Quotations.

Select a Quotation you want from the list.

Your chosen Quotation is now onscreen. You can add more Products to this Quotation as well.

Click on the Product Description above the corresponding row and

select a Product from the Product Names List.

It will be added to the Quotation.

Click the Save button to save your Sale for future use.

A Message Box appears to confirm your Quotation has been updated and saved.

Click the OK button to continue.

You can also click the Add Product button to put in a new product that is not on the Product List yet.

Click the Menu button to return to the Main Menu.
